The Event Company Staff is prepared to handle all of the details. We will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams!
- Complimentary initial consultation.
- Unlimited meetings, emails, phone calls with office staff and/or coordinator to prepare.
- Budget evaluation
- Assistance with linens, rentals, and overall décor decisions.
- Appointments, price, style, service and availability evaluations of all below vendors, to include:
- Ceremony Venue
- Reception Venue
- Caterer – scheduling of menu tastings and evaluations for wedding reception with selected caterers
- Florist – scheduling of mock-set to evaluate centerpieces with selected florist, scheduling of bridal bouquet for portrait
- Photographer – scheduling of engagements and bridal portraits
- Videographer
- Bride and Groom’s Cakes – scheduling of tasting and design meeting with selected bakers
- Make Up Artist and Hair Style – scheduling of trial sessions with selected artists, scheduling of bridal portraits with artists
- Officiate
- Reception Entertainment
- Transportation Contracting
- Hotel Accommodations Contracting
- Management of Vendor Bookings
- Scheduling of all vendor appointments, plus management of communication, contracts, deposits and final payments between client and vendor.
- Detailed ceremony outline, if not provided by officiate
- Diagrams of ceremony location and reception location for seating and décor purposes.

Our Full Service Package is geared toward the bride and groom who wants that full service assistance planning their wedding,
Rehearsal Day
- Decoration and/or set up at ceremony and reception site, if allowed by venue.
- Staff member assigned to ceremony rehearsal the day prior or morning of the wedding.
- Coordination of wedding party processional, recessional, and location during the ceremony.
- Timing and cues with officiate and music provider.
Wedding Day
- Full coordination of wedding ceremony and reception on the wedding day.
- Acceptance of all vendors and set up instructions.
- Coordination and pinning of all floral with corresponding attendants and family members.
- Assuring the reception location is set prior to the first guest’s arrival.
- Coordination of couple, bridal party and immediate family during ceremony, pictures and reception.
- Coordination with reception site manager and vendors while moving into corresponding activities.
- Gathering of all items to be packed with family or picked up the following week.
- Final clean up of reception facility after guests depart.
*Pricing may adjust based on multiple locations. 2 Staff included in pricing.
MONTH OF WEDDING PACKAGE
When you have your wedding planned but you want to relax the last month before your wedding - call The Event Company and let one of our experts take care of the details.

.Our Month-Of Package is geared toward the bride and groom who has all the details planned for their wedding but want to enjoy the last month prior to the big day, as well as enjoy their wedding day!
Rehearsal Day
- Decoration and/or set up at ceremony and reception site, if allowed ( 2 hr )
- Staff member assigned to ceremony rehearsal the day prior or morning of the wedding.
- Coordination of wedding party processional, recessional, and location during the ceremony.
- Timing and cues with officiate and music provider.
Wedding Day
- Finalize Decor Set Up ( 4 Hour max)
- Full coordination of wedding ceremony and reception on the wedding day.
- Acceptance of all vendors and set up instructions.
- Assuring the reception location is set prior to the first guest’s arrival.
- Coordination of couple, bridal party and immediate family during ceremony, pictures and reception.
- Coordination with reception site manager and vendors while moving into corresponding activities.
- Gathering of all items to be packed with family or picked up the following week.
- Final clean up of reception facility, in conjunction with family members, after guests depart.

CRUNCH TIME COORDINATOR
The "Crunch Time Coordinator" is designed specifically for clients that need a professional staff member designated to be the "go-to" person the day of the wedding. This package includes:
- Managing Timeline, developed by client
- Serving as the liaison for vendor check in onsite at the reception
- Setting up minor " last minute" details or decor at the reception. 2 Hours of set up service
- Total hours of service: 12 hour package
Pricing includes 1 staff member.

IF you are planning a special birthday, anniversary, vow renewal or holiday party, The Event Company has the staffing and expertise to make your event spectacular! Allow The Event Company to handle the details.
